National Registry Prep/ Remedial Services

The Total EMS Solutions EMT Prep and Remedial Program is a structured 30-day preparation service designed to help EMS providers successfully prepare for certification testing or strengthen core knowledge and clinical decision-making skills. Our program combines targeted online study with expert-led in-person education to create a focused, results-driven learning experience.

For $299, participants receive a 30-day membership that includes access to professional study software along with guidance from experienced EMS educators who actively monitor progress, track performance, and identify areas needing improvement. Using this data, our instructors provide targeted instruction during in-person training days, focusing on strengthening weak areas and improving overall readiness.

Included in the program are three guaranteed in-person training days, with the option of a fourth in-person session if additional support is needed to help ensure participant success.

We prefer in-person training at our Birmingham, Alabama location; however, Total EMS Solutions also travels to partner agencies and surrounding counties to provide accessible training opportunities.

Online Education Requirements

Participants must complete the following minimum online coursework hours:

• EMT: 20 hours of required online coursework
• AEMT: 22 hours of required online coursework
• Paramedic: 24 hours of required online coursework

Completion of the required online material is required to successfully finish the program.

Remedial Completion and Support

A remedial completion certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of all program requirements. This certificate may be used to meet National Registry remedial requirements following a third testing attempt when applicable.

Total EMS Solutions is committed to your success beyond the classroom. Our instructors will continue to support you throughout your testing process for a minimum of two exam attempts if needed. As part of our commitment, if you do not successfully pass within those attempts, you may enroll in the following month’s course at no additional cost.

We simply ask that participants give their maximum effort — when dedication meets structured preparation, results follow.
