Total EMS Solutions was founded and is operated by three experienced Firefighter/Paramedics, each bringing a unique background in EMS education, operations, and leadership.

Austin Osborne is a Firefighter/Paramedic with extensive operational and leadership experience. He holds instructor status in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS and has served as an EMS Captain in a high-volume fire district. His background includes experience in rural fire departments, and he currently works as a flight paramedic and EMS educator, bringing both ground and air medical perspectives to training and education.

Pierson Paddock is a Firefighter/Paramedic with experience in private EMS within rural settings and serves as an EMS program coordinator. His background includes some of the most demanding fire service and EMS educational programs, including NAEMSE Level I and Level II instructor certification. He is also an instructor for BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with a strong focus on EMS education, compliance, and program development.

Wes Porter is a Firefighter/Paramedic and U.S. Army veteran with a strong background in EMS education and training coordination. He has served as an instructor in EMT programs and previously worked as an ACLS and PALS coordinator for a training center. He holds instructor status in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has extensive experience in high-level fire service education and instructional support.

Through our combined experience, we recognized a consistent gap in NREMT certification management, continuing education tracking, and access to high-quality in-person training for both individuals and organizations. What began as a solution to manage NREMT requirements efficiently grew into a broader mission to support EMS professionals and agencies with education, certification, and compliance.

That need led to the creation of Total EMS Solutions—built to provide dependable training, certification management, and educational support for today’s EMS and public safety professionals.

In addition to certification management and education support, we offer remedial EMT training, NREMT preparedness and exam review, and customized courses for churches, schools, and organizations. We also assist with preparedness planning and safety consultation, helping organizations develop practical, actionable plans to enhance readiness and response.
